Slapping a ninety shot clip into an AK-47, Black sat on the sofa in Smoke’s apartment and aimed it at the wall. “That ah work!” Black said to Smoke and Serge, who sat at the dining room table loading clips to their Mac-11. Black had been on the run for a week and was ready to hit a quick caper. Smoke and Serge, who were not doing too good moneywise, were both more than willing to go on the move. They both knew what to do to get money and had the balls to carry it out, but for some reason they needed the quick aggressiveness of Black to push them into bigger caper situations, and Black came up with just the caper that they were looking for.

It was a jewelry store ran by two Chinese dudes right across the Maryland line in Silver Spring. Black had been inside already and he had put the plan together for them to hit the joint. He knew how much money was in there, and he knew when and how they moved the money. He began to tell his crime partners that they would hit the store from the back as the Chinese dudes tried to move their money at seven p.m.

“So, what y'all think?” Black asked. Smoke and Serge were ready for the move. “Let’s roll, then,” Black said as he led the way to the car they were going to use for the move.
